ALL medications sold by us come
in the original factory-sealed containers, with labelled expiration dates
and identifying batch numbers, so that you know that these are actual medicines,
made by reputable manufacturers.
Secondly, our prices are inclusive (except for the delivery charge).
We do not charge any doctors consultation fees, prescription charges or apply
other hidden costs which are common to about 95% of internet pharmacies.

How can I be certain that your medicines are genuine ?

with labelled expiration dates and lot numbers. The lot (Batch) numbers identify
the medicine as being made by the manufacturer in question and as being genuine.

So who makes your drugs and are they the same as I get at home
? |

All the manufacturers of the medications that we sell are listed against
each item. Those manufacturers include the major drug companies in the World
such as Glaxo Smith Kline, Roche, Hoechst, Wyeth, Schering, Merck, Aventis,
Pharmacia etc and yes they are the same composition as you buy in your local
pharmacy. We also offer medications made by absolutely reputable
"Generic" manufacturers and those are
also listed as options together with the appropriate manufacturer listed.
Those compositions are identical to the original and are made under
license.

When the medicine description says "Manufacturers: Various" or
"Generic", what does this mean ? |

The term "Manufacturers Various" applies to many of the generic medicines
that we carry over and above the original manufacturers product. Where we
offer the original manufacturers product this is made clear in the medicine
description. There are a large number of manufacturers that make the medicines
in question, and the list is sometimes too long to fit under the single medicine.
You can be assured that we only deal with generic manufacturers who have
been inspected and tested not only by governmental agencies, but also by
us. The generic compositions that we offer are identical to the original

Why are some weight loss drugs unable to be shipped outside
the USA ? |

restrictions on the shipment of controlled drugs and some phentermines which
we supply from the USA fall into this category. Sites that abuse the
rules concerning the shipment of controlled drugs do not stay in business
very long. |

There is not much that we do not sell but
the exceptions are listed here. These include the following which
are controlled medicines:
1. Male hormones, such as testosterone and testosterone
derivatives.
2. Opioid based pain killers, such as codeine and morphine
derivatives.
3. Anti-convulsants and anti-psychotics.
4. CNS stimulants, such as Ritalin and Adderal.
5. Certain weight loss medications. Our weight loss medications are
all listed here
6. Barbiturates, such as phenobarbital and butalbital.
7. Anti-anxiety medicines, such as Valium.
8. Sleeping pills/ sedatives, such as Ambien and Sonata.
9. HIV anti-virals.
10. Certain types of anti-depressants. Our anti-depressant
medications are listed here
You may ask us if you are unsure if a medicine is controlled, but
we must emphasize that we do not sell the above medicines under ANY
circumstances.

Why can't USA pharmacies supply the range of medications that
you do ? |

There are strict rules for pharmacies operating in the USA which are
laid down by the FDA. In short this means that USA pharmacies will require
you either to send in a prescription issued by a doctor or they can offer
you a very limited range of medications such as viagra and weight loss drugs
but subject to you filling an online form out and usually paying a doctors
consultation fee of about $50 which pushes up the cost of the medicine
substantially. Naturally USA pharmacies will take a negative attitude towards
offshore pharmacies and usually will try to state that the medications are
not the same quality when purchased offshore. WRONG ! But
like anything else you have to be careful when choosing the offshore pharmacy
that you are proposing to deal with.
As an offshore pharmacy we are able to export medications to most
Countries. In the case of the USA (and indeed most Countries) the FDA (and
other Government authorities) will allow you to legally import up to three
months supply of a medication providing it is for your personal usage.

is important that you enter a valid e-mail address. If

How long does delivery take ? |

We
dispatch all orders within 12-48 business hours of the order date. We
do not send a separate shipping receipt when an item
ships.
We offer two delivery
options:-
PRIORITY
The Priority International
Air Mail packages usually take from 9-23 business
days
from the shipping date, which can translate into a
minimum of 9 days, and a maximum of 30 days from the shipping date, excluding
holidays. (Note also that business days do not include postal holidays or
weekends.) The variability in time is due to the time in which it takes customs
to process the package and place it in the mail.
The average time to receive a Priority package
is about 10-18 days from the shipping date.
EXPRESS
Express International Air Mail packages
usually take from 4-7 business days from
the shipping date, which can translate into a minimum
of 4 days, and a maximum of 9 days from the shipping
date.
Due
to delays experienced at US and Canada customs on
express mail items post 9/11 and which are beyond
our control, we are only shipping to the USA and
Canada by priority mail with an average door to
door delivery time of 14 days. Please note the new
customs security measures apply to all medication
imports regardless of which pharmacy you order from
on the internet and regardless of what you may be
led to believe by other suppliers.

What shipping and delivery options are there ? |

Several shipping options will appear when you open the shopping cart
- shipping prices vary from time to time so check for up to date information
in the cart - here is a complete explanation of all shipping and delivery
options:-
Below is an example of the shopping cart
shipping options
Packages are sent on Monday-Saturday via Priority Registered International
Air Mail or Express Registered International Air Mail. Tracking numbers are
assigned to each package, thereby practically eliminating the incidence of
losses. We strongly recommend the ordering of Express packages, for all
customers. Package tracking numbers are provided upon request. All packages
are automatically insured against losses when sent from our country to yours
for the cost of your medicine, up to $100! Note that "losses" does not include
a rare customs detention, or a loss once the order reaches your country.
The amount of time necessary
to receive packages depends upon the country of origin of the buyer. We have
some of the fastest shipping times available from an international pharmacy,
when shipping from one country to another. For the fastest delivery times,
we recommend the purchase of an Express package. Most buyers receive Express
packages within 4-7 business days of the shipping
date.
The average time to receive a Priority package sent
to the U.S. is 9-23 business days after the shipping
date. The actual time may vary, however, based on item availability, post
office delays, holidays, etc. Please allow up to 30 days to receive a Priority
package, and up to 9 days to receive an Express package. You are welcome
to contact us at any time to check on your package's status.
Every Priority package incurs a shipping charge of $15.00 if sent
to the U.S. or Canada, and $18.00 if sent elsewhere. This price includes
registration and up to $100 insurance. Items are placed in a single package

avoid customs delays. Therefore, orders with large quantities are usually
sent in multiple packages.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
OPTION
Due
to delays experienced at US and Canada customs on
express mail items post 9/11 and which are beyond
our control, we are only shipping to the USA and
Canada by priority mail with an average door to
door delivery time of 14 days. Please note the new
customs security measures apply to all medication
imports regardless of which pharmacy you order from
on the internet and regardless of what you may be
led to believe by other suppliers.
We offer an express shipping option,
through EMS. Items are usually received in 4-7 business
days from the shipping date. The total for 1 EMS
package is $33.95 please note that this option is
not available to U.S. customers. If you have any
other special shipping requests (FedEX, DHL, etc.),
let us know, and we will be happy to try to meet
your needs. However, we don't recommend the use
of couriers. If you are trying to decide between
a Priority and an Express package, we strongly recommend
the Express shipping: Express packages almost never
see any delays when sent to ANY country. Express
packages to Asia, Australia, and certain parts of
Europe may take longer than the above listed times,
because the package must travel a greater distance.
NEW OPTIONS
We now offer two additional new shipping options, by popular
request:
1. Our first new option is 3 small to medium sized Priority packages,
which include all items in an order. This option greatly reduces shipping
costs for large orders, and poses little risk of customs detentions, even
for U.S. customers. We charge $55 for this option when sending to the U.S.
or to Canada, and $72.00 when sending to all other countries.
2. The second new option is similar to the second, and also poses
little risk of detentions for all customers. It includes 3 small to medium
sized Priority packages, and 1 small Express package. For an order of several
different types of medicine, we will try to place one of each variety in
the Express package, usually up to about 3-6 items, depending upon size and
weight of the items. If you choose this option, and have a specific request
regarding the items that should be placed in the Express package, please
e-mail us as soon as possible after placing the order. We charge $70.95 for
this option, when sending to the U.S. or to Canada.
If your order is delivered, but you
are not at home, some postal services will leave
you a note to pick up the package at the post office.
If this occurs, it important to pick up your package
within 1 week's time, because the post office may
return the package back to us if it is not claimed
within this time period. If a package is returned
to us, we will return it back to the customer if
and after we receive it, and after an additional
shipping charge is placed by the customer.
To summarize, we offer a GUARANTEE
that you will receive your order, unlike most other
pharmacies. However, as delays can sometimes occur
with international shipping, the delivery time may
vary, depending upon the factors listed above.

We package orders in
such a manner so as to greatly reduce the detention or retention of the package
by foreign customs. We include enclosed information directed to customs officials
regarding the non-controlled status of our products, citing specific law
when necessary. In the U.S., for example, it is legal to obtain emergency
non-controlled prescription medications from non-U.S. sources for
a
3 month
period. Be aware, however, that customs detentions
do occasionally occur, as when ordering from any overseas pharmacy. In the
U.S., such a circumstance does not have any legal ramifications for the buyer.
The FDA will simply send the addressee a form stating that certain items
from non-U.S. sources were seized. If such a circumstance occurs, we will
help you in properly replying to this letter, so that you will have the greatest
chance of receiving your order. We should note, however, that we have had
a success rate, without customs detentions, for greater than 99.5% of
our packages. There are very few overseas pharmacies that can make this
claim.
For your confidentiality we do not mark packages with the
contents
If a detention occurs, and we are able to verify this with the buyer's
customs agency (detention papers are required, and we must call the customs
agency in question), then we will re-send the package to the customer if
the buyer is unable to retain the items from customs, after submitting a
customs claim form for the package. If a postal loss occurs, then we will
speak with your local post office/ customs agency and track the package,
to discover its location, after you contact us and provide us with the necessary
information. As all packages carry tracking numbers, it can be proven if
a package has not been received, or has experienced any kind of delay, etc.
A fraudulent claim that a package was not received despite proof to the contrary
will result in action against the customer.
