HOW WE CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
If you have placed an order with us then you will receive an email which is confirming your order and its details (eg: your invoice receipt). This email is automatically generated and if you don't receive it then this will be because your spam settings need to be reset to allow mail from pharmacy-network.com. Email addresses with ISP's such as AOL, Gmail, AT&T, Yahoo, Hotmail, Comcast, sbcglobal, rr.com etc etc all have very restrictive spam settings. Check in your spam for our email. Reset your spam filters. If you utilize McAfee or Symantec on your PC then please ensure pharmacy-network.com is added to your contacts. We do not send a second email confirmation when your order ships.
HOW WE RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS & ENQUIRIES
If you contact us by using the mail form or by responding to our mail then we WILL respond to you. We respond to every mail if it relates to a genuine order enquiry, tracking enquiry or request for valid information. We try to respond quickly (usually within 12 hrs). If you do not receive a response from us check in your spam box and check your spam settings. We have had instances where a customer has sent us several emails claiming they never received a response and subsequently we have had all our mail returned as undelivered. This leads to a breakdown of communication and frustration on both sides.
